Oil Battery Load Line Containment
Secure Enviro Systems was established in 1995, by Perry Heintz, and started manufacturing the load line box and marketing it as an equipment solution in the oil industry. Since inception, tens of thousands of units have been sold.
With quality control specification on piping being a concern, Secure Enviro Systems, recently designed a new dynamic system. This system uses the existing piping and valves provided by the oil companies, Secure Enviro Systems supplies the load line box and installation is a breeze compared to the previous system, and valve maintenance is a one man job to change out valves.
Our innovative design incorporates a sleeve welded into the box in place of welding in a threaded or flanged nipple. The box and welded sleeve are slid over the oil company’s piping and positioned and secured with an inside and outside U bolt. Installation is simple and no longer requires operators to split the gate valve prior to installation. The entire set up process of the new load line box takes approximately twenty minutes and only one operator. The previous system took up to two hours and two men to change out valving inside the load line box. With the SES box, it will slide out of the way, over piping, flanges, and insulation to make access to change valves a 20 minute job for one man.
The boxes can be constructed using aluminum or steel and are built to suit the needs of companies.
Secure Enviro Systems manufacture in Stettler Alberta with CNC plasma cutting capabilities up to 3/4″ plate on a 6′ x 12′ table to cut and build to completion. The box welding is done by a journeyman welder with 22 years welding experience. We build to suit the needs of companies to engineered specifications.
Secure Enviro Systems has built and installed multi valve units for Shell Canada in various locations throughout British Columbia including Vancouver Island for off loading fuel barges at docks and off loading trains in Northern B.C.
Secure Enviro has been designing pig trap boxes and blow down boxes for pneumatic applications for 20 years. There are three different sizes and volumes available and a funnel top design to be secured on oil company barrel, which is secured with a lid.
